Boundary Water provides a wide range of Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services to accommodate the needs of both the public and private sector.
Modern, industry standard equipment and programs are utilized for field measurements, data acquisition, calculations and drafting. Survey data acquisition is with a Leica TCR 405 total station with TDS and Carlson data collectors. Surveying and Engineering computations are completed with a range of software programs including ESRI, AutoCAD and Carlson. These tools allow for development of precise and accurate maps, contour development, profiles, cross sections and excavation quantities.
Design capabilities include project scoping, preliminary design, construction bid documents, construction plan sets, cost estimating and construction services for a wide variety of municipal and private projects. These projects have included land subdivision, road and sidewalk design, stormwater drainage systems, sanitary sewer design, water supply systems, docks, bulkheads, small dams, and residential and commercial building structural system design and review.
Boundary Water also offers inspection services to assure quality control for design and construction projects.
